It is official

It is a miracle that we got it done but I am glad to say that today we drained our bank accounts and signed the papers for our house in Denver. The past few days have been full of the normal ups and downs of the frustrations that come with closing but I am just glad that it is done and that Leo's co-physicians let him escape the ICU for a few minutes to sign the papers to our first official home ownership as "the Seibolds". We both can't wait to move into our new home!!! ....and out of my parents' house;)



Colorado, ready or not, here we come!
