"I live in the city" -Adrian

We took advantage of Denver's public transit today and I had a downtown lunch date with my little people.  Their favorite part was the train/light rail.  It was fun getting out and exploring downtown with them.... they loved all the action!

Batter up!

A few weeks ago we finally make it to a Rockies game with the little people thanks to an early evening game. 

 

The have a playground out in left field that we kicked it at for a little bit.  Now.... I know that my little people look alike but this picture makes it look like lorelei is looking in a mirror.... the have an uncanny resemblance to each other:)

 And these next two pics are for my dad:)  They had batting cages in the stadium and in one they had set up a t-ball set for kids to play with for free.  Now dad.... notice Adrian's eye concentration;)

 ....and still looking at the tee after the hit:)  Solid contact!!  He is a natural;) He would make you proud.

Tiny town

Last weekend we took the kids to Tiny Town.  A small attraction geared to little people out in Morrison that has tons of small buildings for them to explore and a pretty sweet little steam engine train that gives you rides around the small city.  The kids loved exploring!

When you tell a 2 year old to smile some times you just have to take what they give you;)

Tour de Fat

 We loaded up our crew this morning on bikes and headed to City Park for Tour de Fat, a biking event by the New Belgium Brewing Company.  To say that it was odd is an understatement.  Thousands of people in costumes fell upon City Park with their pimped our bikes for a ride around town followed by games, music and performers.... oh..... and beer:)  We had a great time people watching and having fun with friends.

 

Here is the smallest of the superhero crew:)  She might be small but she is mighty!
