Graduation

Life has a few big milestones that you pass along the way....your wedding day, the birth of your children, and most importantly....kindergarten graduation! Yesterday I had the privilege of watching one of the smartest kindergartners graduate and move up in the ranks to an official 1st grader. Great job Emiline!!

On a totally different note, I am always impressed with what physicians have to endure mentally, physically, and emotionally in their field of work. Hearing Leo's stories from work in the ICU makes you admire their dedication that much more with the ups of patients making remarkable full recoveries to the downs of helping a family withdraw care from a loved one. After yet another long call night (only 4 more left baby!) we went to Louie's on the lake for some relaxation. Note the big brewski in the photo....call was a bit rough;)
