San Antonio Weekend

A few weeks ago Leo went to San Antonio for a board review course and we met him down there for a little spring break and great mexican food (oh how I love Rosarios!)

It was a little wet for a lot of the weekend but that didn't stop this crew from taking in the sight!

Here are Leo and Adrian on the Riverwalk.

Lorelei was happy as a clam bundled up strolling along the Riverwalk....

Thankfully the rain let up after mass on Saturday night for us to take a boat tour of the River:)

This was the perfect combination of lights, duck watching and a boat ride to be a little slice of heaven for Adrian:)

Starting off our day at Sea World with a little Sesame Street Show.... Wow! How vacation has changed for us:)

Lorelei needed a little break from all of the Sea World excitement to rest and eat some goldfish...

Lorelei was quite impressed with all of the colors in the aquarium.

Daddy is a sucker for state fair type games.... but Adrian loved catching a fish! "I DO IT!" A phrase that we have grown to hear around our house a lot these days.... 2 is the new 20 I guess;)

Barr Lake State Park Bald Eagle watching

A few weeks ago we headed out on a warm-ish Saturday to Barr Lake State park for a little walk and bird watching. There were tons of Bald Eagles nesting which made for entertainment all along the trail watching them glide through the air and hunt for fish.

If you look closely the eagle has a fish in its talons and we got to watch him have a little snack:)

Lorelei needs to grow a few inches to be able to reach:(

There were plenty of rocks and sticks along the way to keep Adrian entertained. We would try to show him an awesome eagle and he would be too preoccupied trying to dig a new hole for his new treasure.... a stick:)

...but isn't he handsome!

Late Valentines Day

Adrian with his Valentines that we shipped off to Oklahoma... I was quite impressed with how pretty his celery stamp rose turned out:)
