We recently went on family vacation to the Grand Cayman Island. It was perfect! Not really much to do other than build sandcastles, watch the sunset, float in the ocean and, if you are feeling really ambitious, a snorkeling outing for the day:) A great break as a post fellowship treat!
Here is the view of the beautiful Caribbean water along 7 mile beach from our condo patio... we really roughed it:)

Not a bad place to eat your lunch...
Our biggest outing was to "Stingray City". It is a sandbar close by where there are tons of stingrays that swim around you. You could even feed them! Lorelei was lunging after them:) I think that there is something to be said for not being old enough to know that you should be a little frightened. Adrian on the other hand was old enough to be a touch scared but still did great. It was a lot of fun!!

Adrian is starting to show his independence. He would not let me put on the matching Hawaiian outfit that I packed. I was lucky to get just the shorts on him! Probably good taste on his part but he would have looked soooo cute!

And after all that if you asked Adrian what his favorite part of the trip was he would say riding the bus;) So we could have bought an RTD ticket and he would have been just as happy! 2 year olds are easy to please:)
