Weekend fun!

Although Adrian has been on hikes before... he has now upgraded to a backpack because he is getting H-U-G-E. We broke him in a bit hiking around the national wildlife refuge that is by our house and we felt like he was ready for the big time. Our destination was Maxwell Falls outside of Evergreen. We had a great hike!

I cannot say no to a race that runs through the professional team stadiums of denver....

Father's Day Fun....

For Adrian's 1st Father's day to celebrate with his dada he really wanted to give him something that they could have fun with together. He thought long and hard about it over a few bottles of formula and finally decided on the perfect father's day gift for his pops.... a stunt kite that they could play with together

"My dad can do tricks with his kite.... he is the absolute coolest!"

So on father's day it was a must that they go out to one of the parks by our house to break it in...

A Boy and his Bubbles

There is no better way to unwind after a hard day of teething than with a little Mr. Bubbles....

Denver Chalk Art Festival

Today we braved the heat of downtown with Sarah and her new puppy to take in the annual Denver Chalk Art Festival on Larimer Square. It made me a little jealous that I am not 6 and a 1/2 months old and get to take it all in with the comfort of a shaded canopy that follows me everywhere I go and a lady that is always there to bring me a cold drink:)

This was one of the most creative I thought... it made my mind tired just thinking about how they did it. You have to look at the reflective cylinder to actually see the design
