Pumkins, New Orleans, and Random prayer video of Adrian

We took the kids out today to a pick your own pumpkin patch that also had hay rides, face painting, animals.... you name it! It was a fun afternoon outing and an excuse to get out the super cute pumpkin hats that great grandma has knit the two of them:)

Leo practicing the beginnings of Adrian's surgical skills with a pumpkin vine:)

Adrian found a pumpkin that was just his size....

Lorelei and Momma on the hayride...

Leo and Adrian on a hayride... Adrian is in the repeat mode of speech these days. The whole hayride it was "So big", "So fast", and "Ride horsey"
Leo and I got to get away for a weekend for the first time kid free since Adrian was born thanks to some very willing grandparents:) We had a great time in New Orleans for the weekend with tons of good food and great music... but no camera. We brought the kids back beignet mix from cafe du monde for a yummy breakfast one Saturday morning and who could not resist a few beads from a parade?!?

Brother and sister just kickin' it before bedtime:)

And lastly.... here is a video of Adrian praying at dinner one night when we were in breck. I love the budding Catholic guilt that you can get a glimpse of;)
